Flowstate DJ L.L.C. operates this website and waitlist. This notice covers the coming-soon website, not the desktop application's data practices.
Your email and the waitlist
When you sign up, your email address goes to Brevo, our email provider. We use it to confirm and manage your subscription and send Flowstate updates, a short welcome series, and possible beta invitations. Brevo also keeps subscription and confirmation records. Joining does not guarantee early access. The form does not ask for music files, DJ histories, payment details, or a password.
Brevo provides delivery, email-open, and link-click reporting. We have selected per-contact tracking-consent controls and the setting not to track contacts whose consent is unknown. This does not mean that previously collected reporting has been deleted. We have not yet used engagement reports to evaluate performance or choose who receives follow-up messages.
Your choices
Our emails include unsubscribe links. To request that we stop all Flowstate waitlist marketing emails, or to request deletion of your information, email hello@flowstatedj.com. Unsubscribing and deleting information are different actions. If you email us, we receive your address and message so we can respond.
We plan to review waitlist records annually and delete information we no longer need. This is an annual review, not automatic deletion of every record after one year.
Website providers
This website uses ChatGPT Sites for hosting, Brevo for the signup form and email service, and Google Fonts. Your browser connects to these providers to load the website. Google receives your IP address to serve its fonts. Hosting providers may process technical information to operate, maintain, and support the website.
